Overview

The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) is to support iRhythm’s recruitment lifecycle by conducting interviews with candidates, selecting and rejecting candidates, negotiating, preparing and managing offers, and routinely optimizing the recruiting strategy by staying up to date on emerging trends, best practices and benchmark comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business
• Routinely able to manage a volume of requisitions at any given time
• Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers and candidates for a dedicated functional area
• Collaborate and work in tandem with Sourcers on priority talent pipeline needs and staffing strategies
