About the role
Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, understand the talent market, and possess deep knowledge of talent acquisition practices and tools to ensure full visibility to external market trends.
How you will contribute
- Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for roles—including sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with TA Leaders, HR Partners, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring initiatives.
- Achieve an exceptional candidate experience that results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience in a complex organization and an ability to execute complex recruitment strategies independently, advise others, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Strong communication skills (English/Spanish) with business proficiency in English language is essential .
- Experience in ATS and TA tools.
- Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and handle a large volume of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in pharma/biotech/life sciences.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing/screening.
- Regional hiring experience (US & Canada).
- Experience managing Workday is preferred.
