Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid)

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic recruitment professional responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with hiring leaders to advise on talent strategy and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role supports bilingual (French and English) recruitment needs and plays a critical role in executing HUB International’s recruitment strategy, driving a strong candidate and hiring leader experience, and ensuring all hiring activities align with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
 

This role blends hands-on recruiting with consultative partnership, systems expertise, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
