Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine manpower needs and update job descriptions aligned with ISO documentation.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and engage in proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct background checks, prepare employment offers, and oversee hiring documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment records and metrics in compliance with ISO procedures.

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding documents are properly completed and filed by ISO guidelines.
  • Coordinate probationary assessments and gather feedback from managers.
