Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Resourcer is an integral part of the talent acquisition and employee experience function at TVS, supporting the wider team with the identification and attraction of the best candidates in the market. The role is also a critical support function covering the administration of daily recruitment activities and maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assisting with the onboarding of new starters, right to work checks and other vetting requirements.




Job Responsibilities



  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition function by identifying suitable candidates using:

    • The in-house ATS

    • External job boards

    • LinkedIN

    • Social Media

    • Trade publications

    • Recruitment & Marketing events
