Responsibilities
- Work closely with TA Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations
- May Source, pre-screen candidates and actively provide recruiting operations on the status for each applicant and onboard hires
- Adhere to standard US process and accurate information and communication when inviting applicants.
- Communicate with assigned sites on show up information’s on invited candidates consistently
- Keep track on adherence to sourcing work flow process and provide feedback to any work process related issues and concerns.
- To be efficient for each work flow process
- Keep Data information on shared drives consistently with high confidentiality.
- Execute special projects as required
- Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager
- Adhere to company standards for time and attendance/allowed break hours, leave’s protocols.
