The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver full end-to-end recruitment practices from Attraction, Sourcing, selection and pre-boarding. They will execute the regional talent acquisition strategy locally focusing on end-to-end proactive hiring, employer branding, university partnerships and reporting.

What You'll do

Talent Acquisition:

  • Full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from Attraction, Sourcing, Selection and pre-boarding
  • Partnering with HRBPS and Hiring managers to proactively pipeline and source for upcoming vacancies and investments, understanding the business needs and translating this into job requirements
  • Working with our Malaysia Sourcing team to build strong pipelines for all sales divisions
