We are hiring for our client in the Water Treatment industry and are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can handle Talent Acquisition along with HR Generalist responsibilities.

Experience: 3+ years (Domestic Hiring)

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end Talent Acquisition for technical & non-technical roles
  • Support HR Generalist activities (joining formalities, documentation, coordination, basic HR processes)
  • Strong domestic hiring exposure
  • Efficient handling of HR processes with quick turnaround time
  • Maintaining HR data, trackers & reports using MS Excel
  • Coordination with hiring managers & internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and employee communication
