Role Purpose

The Recruitment Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition function by managing end-to-end recruitment coordination activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and maintaining recruitment trackers. The role ensures smooth candidate experience and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, references and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct brief preliminary information-gathering calls with candidates to assess interest, availability, experience and compensation expectations.
