Recruitment Coordination & Execution
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process for junior-level roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on hiring needs.
Sourcing & Database Management
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn,Naukri & job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Maintain and update talent pipelines for ongoing and anticipated roles.
Interview Process Management
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collation.
• Ensure smooth logistical management for interviews and follow-ups.
