Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tech Hiring: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Product and Tech roles: SDs, DevOPs, Product Managers, UI/UX etc
  • Non Tech Hirng: Hire for functions like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Admin, Customer Support, and Manufacturing.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly hiring reports.
  • Support bulk/volume hiring as needed
