This isn't just a process role; you will be the engine behind building a world-class Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) R&D facility. You will own the entire candidate lifecycle—from the first cold call to the day they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for niche R&D and Engineering roles (Cell Chemistry, BMS, Thermal Management, etc.).
- Aggressive Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms to find passive engineering talent that doesn't apply to ads.
