An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who focuses on quality hiring (not bulk recruitment) and has strong exposure to Sales & Marketing hiring . Someone who can deliver the right-fit candidates within defined TATs .
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Business Development)
• Quality-driven sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
• Strong screening & stakeholder coordination
• Ensure closures within defined TAT
• Manage offers, negotiations & joining follow-ups
Must-Have Skills:
• Proven experience in quality hiring
• Strong Sales & Marketing recruitment background
• Excellent communication & screening skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles with strict timelines
