About the role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a consistent, high-quality hiring process that delivers strong talent while providing an excellent candidate experience. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing and hiring strategies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls,
interviews, etc.)
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at various recruiting events with the goal of networking
and relationship building with potential candidates.
