Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is based out of our project office in Don Mills and is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and construction roles across the project.

This role partners closely with hiring managers, HRBP, project leadership, and subcontractors to support workforce planning and staffing, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience in alignment with project needs and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction and engineering roles (field engineers, coordinators, superintendents, H&S, etc.).
• Proactively develop sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and community partners...
