Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for candidates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and manage the approval processes within the HRIS, ensuring seamless oversight of the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of pre-screened candidates for high-volume roles.
  • Manage and optimize job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Education within Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
