Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  • Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate logistics for interview processes, including scheduling and location arrangements.
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews to ensure they are satisfied with the process.
