**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels within the organization;
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide consultative assistance throughout the hiring process;
- Creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positions;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment;
- Assisting in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent;
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives that support the broader HR strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven track of records in hiring for the US market
- Experience in the healthcare or tech industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
