Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment and employee development initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing robust hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent for our construction projects and corporate office, while also driving Training & Development (T&D) programs to enhance our workforce's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche construction roles (Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects) and corporate functions.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and headhunting to final interviews and offer negotiation.

  • Sourcing Excellence: Expertly use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and social media to build a high-quality talent pipeline.

  • ATS Management: Maintain and optimize the recruitment workflow using Zoho Recruit (or similar ATS) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

2. Training & Development (T&D)

  • Identify skill gaps within the organization and design training modules (technical & soft skills).

  • Coordinate with department heads to implement on-site safety training and professional development workshops.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and manage the T&D budget.

3. Stakeholder Management & Operations

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for complex real estate projects.

  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless "joining experience" for new hires.

  • Handle campus recruitment drives and vendor management for specialized staffing needs.



Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years of core experience in HR recruitment, specifically within Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate.

  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Zoho Recruit (ATS) and advanced search techniques on LinkedIn and Naukri.com.

  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (Added Advantage) for coordinating with migrant laborers or national-level stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to implement hiring strategies that reduce "Time-to-Hire" and "Cost-per-Hire."

  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
