We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis, providing hands-on support to our internal Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in executing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and contributing to recruitment process improvements for high-demand creative and tech roles across LATAM.

  • Location: 100% Remote – Open to candidates based in LATAM
  • Schedule: Flexible – ability to collaborate in Nicaragua Time Zone (CST)

    • Spanish: Native
    • English: C1+ (reading, writing, speaking)
