Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Sener. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader.
Responsibilities
- Design the search strategy for each vacancy/profile and coordinate with Hiring Managers to define profiles to cover.
- Identify and use appropriate recruitment sources (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, etc.) to locate suitable candidates.
- Conduct personal and competency interviews and present preselected candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all selection processes.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on transversal recruitment projects and actions.
Who we are looking for
- Approximately 15 years of experience in similar roles; experience as a headhunter or in a consulting environment recruiting engineering profiles is desirable.
