Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for technical and analytics roles across our India teams.
The ideal candidate should bring strong sourcing capabilities, a deep understanding of the tech and analytics talent landscape, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and analytics positions (e.g., Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product/Tech roles).
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and align on hiring strategies.
Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, events, and talent communities.
Screen and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview processes, schedule discussions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
