Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 7 Years +
Salary: Upto 8 /10 LPA
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 7 + years of experience managing talent hiring and also HR operations for 300+ employees in a manufacturing setup.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR management , including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and legal coordination (labor laws, contracts, PF, ESI, factory act, disciplinary actions, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations for 300+ staff across plant and office.
Hiring the right talent for the current opening
Oversee payroll, compliance, and HR documentation through KEKA/ERP.
Draft & manage employment contracts, warning letters, NDAs, and legal notices.
Liaise with external legal advisors and labor departments.
Drive performance reviews, employee engagement, and retention systems.
