📍 Location: Hyderabad - Ramanthapur, Uppal

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite

🌙 Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

📅 Experience: 2–6+ Years

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Source and Hire IT Consultants

✅ Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates effectively

✅ Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation

🧩 Requirements:

✔️ 2–6+ years of OPT Recruitment experience in US IT staffing

✔️ Strong understanding of recruitment & sales strategies

✔️ Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals
