Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based automotive roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical and non-technical automotive positions.
Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Talent Sourcing
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and niche automotive platforms.
