Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment


Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for diverse US-based roles.


Conduct initial HR discussions, assess candidate fit, and manage interview coordination.


Engage with candidates throughout the full hiring lifecycle to ensure an excellent experience.


Talent Sourcing


Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.


Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
