Job Description

The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

- PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate and track pre-employment requirements with the support of the HR Services team and respective HR Partners to ensure all new hire onboarding requirements are completed prior to start. Ensure compliance with all new hire tracking and record-keeping policies.
- Support TA Operations Center and recruiting teams with special assignments/projects to support business needs (including university relations, veteran recruitment, and career fairs).
- Participate in creating and maintaining metrics for TA Operations Center.
