Job summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage high-volume hiring for voice processes. The role will act as the Recruitment SPOC for the Mumbai location, handling end-to-end recruitment delivery while collaborating closely with stakeholders and internal teams.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for recruitment activities across

the Mumbai region

  • Manage end-to-end volume hiring for 200+ positions
  • Drive bulk / mass hiring for international and domestic voice processes
  • Handle sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support
  • Deliver hiring targets within tight TATs and quality benchmarks
  • Work as an individual contributor while collaborating with recruiters and business teams
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities


Skills & competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Volume Hiring
  • Proven experience hiring 100–200+ positions simultaneously
  • Strong experience in international and/or domestic voice process hiring
  • Candidates with international voice hiring experience will be preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure hiring environments


Minimum education and experience required

  • Any graduates
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Experience working in BPO / Contact Center / Shared Services environments preferred
