Education & Experience

● MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

● 5–8 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a business-aligned hiring partner, owning end-to-end recruitment for critical

roles across Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate functions. The role demands strong business understanding, speed

with quality, and the confidence to challenge hiring managers to ensure the right talent decisions.
