What You’ll Do
- Own hiring end to end — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
- Work directly with the leadership team and business heads to understand what roles we need now (and what’s coming next)
- Hire across teams like:
- Legal & compliance
- Finance & accounting
- Operations, tech, and support
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and good old networking
