We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-2 year of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be confident in end-to-end hiring and candidate calling/screening.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

Conduct initial HR calling and interviews

Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Talent Acquisition

Strong communication and calling skills

Knowledge of IT profiles and technologies

Graduate in any discipline
