Purpose of Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping our organisation's future. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure we attract high-calibre talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Working in close partnership with hiring managers, you'll drive effective sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding strategies. Success in this role relies on your strong customer focus and ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the business. You'll also be instrumental in cultivating meaningful relationships with local colleges, universities and training providers - strengthening our talent pipeline and championing our commitment to community engagement
