Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to lead recruiting processes in Spain to build what's next for Otis. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition Iberia Africa & Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform in a key visible role that is critical to the success of the organization.

* Temporary position (6 months min.)

On a typical day you will:

• Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain.
• Develop and update compelling job descriptions.
• Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards.
• Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks etc.
• Screen candidate CVs and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided.
