This position* reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Iberia, Africa & Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform in a key, visible role that is critical to the success of the organization.

**On a typical day you will:**
+ Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain.
+ Develop and update compelling job descriptions.
+ Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards.
+ Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks, etc.
