Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other channels
- Conduct effective and efficient recruitment process, to ensure the speed and accuracy of the recruitment process.
- Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
