Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is involved in planning, developing, managing and overseeing the talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • In charge of the full recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting background checks, extending offers, negotiations, onboarding coordination and facilitate internal mobility where suitable for senior positions
  • Build a robust talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing channels
  • Work closely with partners and directors to understand hiring requirements, position specifications and conduct effective screening
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
