Recruitment Ownership

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments (SEO, Web Dev, Sales, Tech, Creative, Client Success and Operations).
  • Own job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a structured and efficient hiring process that aligns with role scorecards and performance expectations.
