About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech) to join the Leap Scholar team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage effective hiring and selection processes
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals, and recruitment vendors
  • Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, follow-ups, and successful onboarding
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening and candidate assessments
  • Coordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–7 years of proven experience in non-technical recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
