Location: Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400059, India.
Preferred Experience:
2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
Experience hiring for software development , infrastructure , and emerging technologies roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various technical roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Source and attract top technical talent using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
Conduct technical screening to assess candidates’ proficiency in relevant technologies.
Manage the interview process , coordinate with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience ....
