Job Description
Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
Manage and optimize social media recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates
Create simple graphic materials (job ads, social media posts, banners, and recruitment collaterals) to support hiring and employer branding initiatives
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, training institutions, job portals, and external organizations
Support recruitment marketing initiatives such as job fairs, virtual events, and online campaigns
Track sourcing effectiveness and provide basic reports on talent pipeline and campaign performance
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process
