What You'll Do
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit against role requirements
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline...
