The role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take charge of a high-volume, operations desk managing roles end-to-end across a diverse portfolio.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand our hiring managers' objectives, culture, and talent requirements, enabling you to provide proactive recruitment solutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, guide them through the recruitment process, and ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates.

The role is based on our site in Pirie Street, Adelaide working closely with the People and Culture team

What the role involves:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and organisational goals.
  • Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
