The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with Talent Acquisition Team Lead to develop and execute a grassroots talent acquisition strategy. The position plays a key role in the day to day activities of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for full cycle recruitment, while ensuring a positive candidate experience that sets Performance Auto Group apart from other dealership groups. You are considered the subject matter expert in recruitment and selection and provide direct support to hiring managers. You are a high energy, results oriented individual with ambition to drive the talent demands to directly support the needs of Performance Auto Group’s business units.
