Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and assist in creating effective job postings
Manage and update candidate records using ATS
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role criteria
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
