Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – ServiceNow to lead end-to-end hiring for niche ServiceNow skillsets across global delivery models. The role requires strong domain understanding, proactive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a competitive technology market.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for ServiceNow roles including Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and Platform Specialists
Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Heads, and HRBPs to understand workforce plans, project requirements, and skill gaps
Source talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Portals, ATS, referrals, and passive talent mapping
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical competence, certifications, domain exposure, and cultural fit
Coordinate and manage interview processes , feedback loops, and offer closures
Drive offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and joining conver...
