:Reporting to the Superintendent, Talent Acquisition - Nunavut, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for managing full‑cycle recruitment to attract and hire qualified candidates in alignment with the company goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures a positive and compliant candidate experience. Your role includes leading recruitment efforts for positions within the Nunavut Operating Divisions and the Services Group. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, compensation and offer facilitation of internal and external candidates.
