Talent Acquisition Specialist

Namaskaram! AjnaLens is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist to join our People & Culture team at Thane (Maharashtra – India).

We are seeking a recruitment-focused professional with 3–5 years of experience, who can independently manage end-to-end hiring, with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who understands tech roles deeply, partners closely with hiring managers, and takes ownership of closures while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

This is a full-time role, primarily focused on recruitment, with occasional involvement in other HR responsibilities as and when required.
