Job Description

Partner with business leaders to design and implement proactive recruitment and retention strategies aligned to business growth.

Translate workforce plans into actionable hiring roadmaps with defined metrics and service-level expectations.

Proactively identify talent gaps, propose data-backed solutions, and support workforce planning initiatives.

Recruitment Operations

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for 10–12 requisitions at a time, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and quality of hire.
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through networking, career fairs, and digital outreach.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, conversion rates).

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
