Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a strategic role in attracting top talent and driving creative sourcing solutions.

This is a high-impact position focused on delivering full-cycle recruitment support while building strong partnerships with hiring managers across diverse portfolios. This is an exciting time to join them as they are growing with several exciting projects lined up.

This is a permanent role - hybrid 2-3 days a week in West Toronto.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
  • Identify diverse sourcing channels and leverage social media and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Provide trusted advice to hiring managers on assessment techniques, labor market updates, and relocation packages.
