Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, with an in-depth understanding of technical and non-technical hiring needs, especially within the oil & gas and manufacturing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, headhunting, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
